The Church of Christ at Bouldercrest is a Christ-centered, Bible-guided community committed to loving God, loving people, and living out the mission of Jesus. Since 1959, our congregation has been a place where faith grows, families are strengthened, and lives are transformed by the gospel. We are a family of imperfect people who have experienced God’s perfect grace. Whether you’re exploring faith or seeking a church home, you are welcomed with love.
Our History
Founded in 1959, the Church of Christ at Bouldercrest began with a desire to build a congregation anchored in Scripture, united in fellowship, and dedicated to serving the Atlanta community.
Over the decades, Bouldercrest has grown into a diverse, spiritually vibrant family of believers who seek to worship God authentically, grow the kingdom intentionally, and serve people compassionately.
Though we acknowledge our imperfections, we celebrate the transforming power of Christ and the unity He creates among us.
What We Believe
God
We believe in one God—eternal, holy, loving, and sovereign—who created all things and exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. He ascended to heaven and will return in glory.

The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in every believer, empowering, guiding, teaching, and transforming us into the image of Christ. He produces spiritual fruit and equips us for ministry.

The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. It is trustworthy and sufficient for teaching, correction, and training in righteousness.

Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace made possible through Jesus Christ. Our response to God’s saving grace includes:
• Faith in Christ — John 3:16; Romans 5:1
• Repentance — Acts 2:38; Acts 17:30
• Confession of Jesus as Lord — Romans 10:9–10
• Baptism for the forgiveness of sins, uniting us with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection

After salvation, believers walk in faithful discipleship, growing in holiness, love, and service.
