Growth Groups Starting Soon – a whole new way to meet!
Throughout these last few weeks, it’s easy to feel like “everything” has changed. While things may look different, one thing that will never change is the fact that God is at work and we still need each other. In fact, we need each other even more during this season! That’s why our Growth Group team continues to make our small groups a huge priority at Bouldercrest. We are highly committed to making sure social distancing doesn’t mean social isolation for anyone. Growth Groups are still the number one way to stay connected at Bouldercrest. Winter Session kicks off January 16th – and while this quarter may look different than what we’re used to, we are excited to see what God will do, and we are expectant for Him to work in ways like never before.
GROWTH GROUP REGISTRATION BEGIN ONLINE THIS WEEKEND
What’s Normal – Your group will meet on its usual day and time.
What’s Different – Your Growth Group is meeting online.
How to meet online:
Your facilitator or host will be in contact with you in the next week to let you know how your group will meet online. We will use Zoom for our meetings.
What if I need help on how to get online?
-
Contact your facilitator, host, or another techy person in your group to help.
What if I don’t have a computer or working video cam? There’s a call option on Zoom. We’ve tried it, and it works.
What will the meetings look like?
It will be a new adventure – Many groups have already begun meeting online and it’s worked really well. It’s a whole new experience, but also be prepared for it to take a little getting used to. We’ll be coaching you in creative ways to help your group thrive during this season. It may feel awkward at first. Be patient, persistent in figuring it out, ask for help, and be gracious to those that need a little more assistance. All of these resources are designed for one central purpose: to keep you connected. And you know what we like to say around here… Growth is better when we’re connected!

The young adult years are some of the most exciting and crucial years as you explore and set the direction of how you are going to live the rest of your life! Our passion is to help you know how to have Jesus Christ at the center of this process and to know how to live for Him. Our desire is to be an authentic community you can connect to so you will be empowered to love and worship God, transformed to grow in maturity, and equipped to serve. We look forward to growing with you!

It’s a place where no question is off limits and everyone’s opinion is valued. It’s a safe place to ask questions about faith and learn about the Bible and Christianity.
