The Church of Christ at 1923 Turner Road is dedicated to preaching the gospel of Christ and teaching and persuading a dying world of the will and the true way of God. In so doing, it has been the aim of this congregation to carry out the great commission, as stated in Matthew 28:19-20, without addition or subtraction from God's holy doctrine of salvation. Overall, our objective is to do all within the ministering model of Jesus Christ and in keeping with the apostles' doctrine.
As stated in the scriptures, we believe that entry into God's kingdom is by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17), believing the word of God (Hebrews 11:6), repenting of sins (Acts 17:30), confession that Jesus Christ is the Son of God (Matthew 10:32), and water baptism (Acts 2:38-47, Acts 22:16, I Peter 3:21).
